Stay Informed

Stay Informed covers many different topics ranging from articles of interest on specific health care and other topics to papers written by our attorneys during legal presentations.  Our attorneys frequently lecture and teach other attorneys about various legal topics.  Some of these topics report on various legal cases while others present a “how to” approach to handling various types of legal issues and matters.

Stay Informed also reports on statistics gathered in various areas of the law which consumers may find informative and enlightening.  Lawyers are frequent targets of political discourse when a piece of legislation is being proposed.  However, the every day truth of the legal practice and most of the lawyers that practice in it is quite different than that portrayed in the press or by politicians. 

Finally, Stay Informed attempts to set the record straight with un-biased sources that dispute some of the most hotly debated topics of health care and “insurance crisis” we hear about so often in this country.
