Mitchell Sanchez Attorneys Obtain $4.66 Million Dollar Verdict

Mitchell Sanchez attorneys Jeffrey A. Mitchell and Monica C. Sanchez obtained a $4.66 million dollar verdict for their client on October 18, 2012.  They represented a 46 year old Hispanic truck driver who was injured when a forklift operator dropped a heavy load of copper as he was trying to unload it from the truck.  The copper hit a board  which was propelled into the air and struck the truck driver in the head.  The defendants denied liability and attempted to blame the truck driver.  They also denied that he sustained serious injury in the accident.  The verdict was unanimous.
